In Detail

Understanding constitutional & administrative law

Judicial Review & Writ Petitions

When state organs or regulatory bodies act arbitrarily, the Constitution of Pakistan, 1973 provides a powerful remedy. We file writ petitions under Article 199 before the High Courts, seeking orders of certiorari, mandamus, or prohibition to challenge illegal regulatory notifications or administrative decisions.

Civil Service & Public Procurement

We represent government contractors in challenging biased public procurement awards and bidding processes under PPRA rules. We also advise public sector employees on service matters, disciplinary proceedings, and represent them before Service Tribunals.
